Do you accept returns?
All returns are handled case by case. If an item is damaged we will refund the price of the item or remake the item for you. No returns on custom items unless damaged or defective in some way.
What should I do if my piece arrives damaged?
If an item is damaged in shipping, we will need very specific info from you in order to file an insurance claim. Please keep all items, inside packaging, and box. Message us as soon as possible.
Are the pieces dishwasher, microwave, and food safe?
All of our pieces are glazed with food safe, lead free glazes.

How do your ceramic drops work?
We do three major ceramic drops a year that feature around 50-100 one of a kind pieces with an overall theme/vibe depending on the time of year. These drops happen around Jan-Apr, May-Aug, and Sept-Dec.
We also do limited Pre-Order drops where you can purchase popular items like our Custom Carved Saint mugs. These drops will only be open around 1-2 weeks with a limited number of slots.
When are pre-orders/custom orders available?
Our Limited Pre-Order drops featuring items like our Custom Carved Saint mugs and other popular designs usually come available after our normal ceramic drops. These drops stay open 1-2 weeks with limited slots. It’s best to be following us on instagram and subscribe to our email to stay updated on when these drops happen.
We are not taking any other custom orders at this time/indefinitely.
Our Next Collection: Cozy Pilgrim Winter
